Katerina grew up watching her grandmother make sweets, which inspired her to open Katerina’s Sweets in the 1970’s. It was based in Lapithos and soon expanded to the wider islands where they were well loved. Today Katerina makes more than 40 different types of spoon sweets, jams, marmalades, natural fruit squashes, liqueurs and other traditional foods, with the old ways for a modern consumer.
